Mahakal Pooja Ujjain offers the following services:

• Puja booking for various Vedic rituals performed in Ujjain
• Religious ceremonies performed according to Vedic tradition
• Priest / Pandit services for the booked Puja
• Puja arrangements and required samagri (materials), where included in the specific Puja

Booking Rules

How to book

Customers can book a Puja by contacting us through phone, WhatsApp, or the booking form on our website.

Information required

To process your booking, we require accurate information such as:

• Your name and phone number
• WhatsApp number (if different)
• Selected Puja
• Preferred date, time, and number of devotees
• Any special requirements

Confirmation process

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required confirmation and/or payment process, as communicated to you at the time of booking, has been completed. Submitting an enquiry or booking form alone does not guarantee a confirmed booking.

Availability

Selected dates and time slots are subject to availability of the pandit, temple, and other arrangements. We will confirm availability with you before finalising your booking.

Before confirming your booking and making payment, please verify the Puja name, date, time, location, and price with us.

Payment Terms

• Service prices: the applicable price for each Puja is as listed on the website or as communicated at the time of booking.
• Accepted payment methods: as communicated to you at the time of booking.
• When payment is required: as communicated to you at the time of booking.
• Additional charges: any additional charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated to you before payment. We do not add unexpected fees after payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be requested by contacting us through our official phone number or WhatsApp.
• Cancellation conditions and required advance notice may vary depending on the Puja booked.
• Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance the cancellation is requested and the specific Puja booked.
• In certain situations, a refund may not be available — for example, if the cancellation request is made close to the scheduled date, or if the Puja has already been performed.
• Once a Puja has been performed, the booking is not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Rescheduling

• Customers may request to change the date or time of a booked Puja.
• Rescheduling requests should be made with reasonable advance notice.

• Additional charges may apply for rescheduling, depending on the Puja and new date requested.

Customer Responsibilities

When booking or using our services, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate name, phone number, booking, and payment information
• Providing correct date and service details for your booking
• Following instructions provided by our team or the pandit performing the Puja
• Arriving at the confirmed location on time, where applicable
• Informing us about any special requirements before the booking is confirmed

Service Limitations

• All services are subject to availability of the pandit, temple, and required arrangements.
• Timings may occasionally change due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Temple rules, local conditions, weather, government restrictions, religious events, or other circumstances may affect service arrangements where applicable.
• We will communicate any significant changes to you when reasonably possible.

We perform each Puja with sincerity and according to proper Vedic tradition, but we do not guarantee specific religious, spiritual, or personal outcomes or results from any Puja.
