Section 1

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every devotee to have full clarity before booking a Puja with us. Before confirming your booking or making payment, please review the cancellation and refund terms explained on this page. By confirming your booking and completing payment, you agree that you have read and understood these terms.

If anything on this page is unclear, please contact us before making payment — our team is happy to explain the terms for your specific Puja before you confirm your booking.

Section 2

Cancellation Conditions

How to request a cancellation

Cancellation requests must be made by contacting us directly through our official phone number or WhatsApp. We do not accept cancellation requests through any other channel.

Advance notice required

Cancellations must be requested with reasonable advance notice before the scheduled Puja date and time. This notice period may vary depending on the Puja booked, and will be confirmed to you at the time of booking.

Same-day cancellation

Whether a same-day cancellation is accepted depends on the specific Puja and how far in advance preparations and arrangements have already been made.

If the Puja has already been performed

Once a Puja has been performed, the booking is considered complete and is not eligible for cancellation or refund, as the samagri, priest's time, and arrangements have already been used for the service.

When cancellation may not be accepted

  • If the cancellation request is made after the required advance-notice period
  • If the Puja has already commenced or been performed
  • If samagri or arrangements specific to your booking have already been purchased or prepared
Section 3

Refund Eligibility

When you are eligible for a refund

  • When a cancellation request is made within the required advance-notice period
  • When we are unable to perform the booked Puja on the confirmed date, time, or location due to reasons on our end

When you are not eligible for a refund

  • When the Puja has already been performed
  • When cancellation is requested after the required advance-notice period
  • In case of a no-show (see Section 6)

Full or partial refund

Depending on the timing of the cancellation and the Puja booked, a refund may be full or partial.

If we are unable to provide the service

If we are unable to perform your booked Puja on the confirmed date due to reasons on our end (such as pandit unavailability, temple restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled date at no additional cost.

Section 4

Refund Timeline

Once a refund request is approved, refunds are generally processed within a reasonable number of business days after approval.

The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your original payment method (bank account, card, UPI, or wallet) may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, and is beyond our control once the refund has been initiated from our end.

Section 5

Rescheduling Policy

  • Customers may request to reschedule a booked Puja to a different date or time.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made with reasonable advance notice before the originally scheduled Puja.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability of the pandit, temple slot, and requested date/time. We will confirm the new date once availability is checked.
  • Additional charges may apply for rescheduling, depending on the Puja and the new date requested.
Section 6

No-Show Policy

A "no-show" means the customer does not arrive at the confirmed location for their scheduled Puja.

  • If you do not arrive at the confirmed location: the booking will be treated as a no-show, and the Puja arrangements already made on your behalf will not be reversible.
  • If you miss the scheduled Puja: the booking is considered complete and is generally not eligible for a refund, since the pandit's time and samagri have already been arranged.
  • If you arrive late: we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you, but the Puja may need to be shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled depending on the pandit's and temple's availability.
  • Refund eligibility for a no-show: a no-show is generally not eligible for a refund.
Section 7

Payment Gateway Charges

Any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges may be non-refundable, where permitted and applicable. If such charges apply to your payment method, this will be communicated to you before you complete your payment.
